By using Mars (operated by LiadTech), you agree to these terms.

1. Service

The platform lets you schedule, publish and track content on the social networks you connect, with AI and reporting tools.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content published through your account.
• You comply with the terms and rules of each connected platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• You warrant that you hold the rights to the media you publish.
• Prohibited use: spam, illegal content, abusive automation.

3. Data & privacy

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Credits & billing

Publishing and certain AI actions consume credits. The balance is the consumption limit.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, interface and brand remain the property of LiadTech. You retain full ownership of the content you create and publish.

6. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of abuse or non-compliance with the connected platforms' rules.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for outages, API changes or decisions of the third-party platforms you publish to.
