Data Deletion

You have several free, immediate ways to delete your data.

1. Delete my account (self-service, recommended)

While signed in, go to My profile → Delete my account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, OAuth tokens, posts, retrieved comments, leads and related data.

2. Disconnect a social network

From your dashboard, disconnect a page: the corresponding access token is immediately removed from our servers.

3. Facebook / Instagram (Meta) users

Per Meta rules, deletion can also be triggered from your Facebook settings ("Apps and Websites"). Our automated callback (https://mars.voxlync.com/facebook/data-deletion) processes the request and returns a confirmation code and a tracking link.

4. By email

You can also email contact@liadtech.com from your account email; deletion is completed within 30 days at most.
